Who we are
More than a football club
At Farnborough Juniors FC, we believe football should be about more than what happens on the pitch. It should help young people build confidence, develop friendships, learn the value of teamwork and feel part of a club and community that truly values them.
Through high-quality coaching, inclusive football programmes and family-focused activities, we give every young player the opportunity to enjoy the game, develop their skills and reach their own potential — whatever their ability, experience or ambition.
As the proud youth section of Farnborough Football Club, we provide a clear and supportive pathway into football from a child’s very first kick. Our Mini-Kickers programme introduces younger children to the game in a fun and engaging environment, while our Junior Academy helps players continue their development as part of a team.
Above all, we are committed to creating a safe, positive and welcoming club where every child feels included, encouraged and proud to belong.
Read our story- Inclusive — teams and opportunities for every child, whatever their level.
- Community — proud to be part of the Farnborough FC family.
- Development — quality coaching that builds skills and confidence.
- Belonging — a club where players, parents and volunteers feel at home.
- Enjoyment — fun-first football where children make friends and lasting memories.
